Photos upload by themselves only when the phone is on Wi-Fi — no mobile data is used. On mobile data, press the button to send them anyway (it asks first). Each photo is under 300 KB.
Today’s readings as a CSV for Excel. The monthly billing sheet (1st to last day of the month) is built every night in the office Google Sheet — see the “Billing” tabs.

The staff list lives in the office Google Sheet, shared by every phone. New readers tap “Request an account” on their sign-in screen; approve them here. Deactivating someone blocks their submissions immediately.
Connect to signal to load the list.
Readings are always saved under today’s date. A unit read twice in one day keeps the later reading.
No units loaded.
Paste a webhook URL and every saved reading is also sent there as soon as the phone has signal. Leave empty to run offline-only.
